Our journey began in 2023 with the opening of our Brandon location, laying down the foundation for what would become a sanctuary of rich culinary traditions. This milestone was more than just a restaurant opening; it was the realization of a lifelong inspiration drawn directly from our deeply treasured Kashmiri roots.
Guided by family traditions handed down through generations, we carefully source aromatic Kashmiri spices that define our signature flavor profile. It is a bridge connecting history, heritage, and modern craft, ensuring every dish carries the soul of our ancestors.
